The teaching activity is important in our company \u2013 the educational path helps to understand the agricultural activity, the life of the animals and the ecosystem of which they are part.<\/p>\n

Visiting the Valgrande petting zoo will be like being in an open-air school. The walk in the vegetable garden will make us understand seasonality: what do you gather in June? And in September? Is there really a garden in December?<\/p>\n

Our farm aims to be a link between the city life style and the countryside life style. A journey to discover the productive cycle of each crop, the discovery of animals, the fantastic world of the bees, the games of our childhood.
\nDuring the day, anything will become a chance for learning, both from the point of view of food, thanks to a snack with bread and honey, and from the environmental point of view, by teaching children to respect the nature and to love this resource that\u2019s becoming more and more precious.<\/p>\n

A lot of space is left to one\u2019s sensations, while trying to train one\u2019s five senses: the petting zoo stimulates in both adults and children the training of all their senses: from the taste to the smell, from the sight and the touch to the hearing you will feel an explosion of unforgettable experiences.
\nThe petting zoo is the perfect summary of the Valgrande Farmhouse. We welcome schools, families, adults and all those who want to go on a journey of knowledge.
\nThe petting zoo is also a place for active pedagogy, a concrete proof of the richness and the diversity of agriculture.<\/p>\n

Alberto and Monica personally take care of all the aspects of the organization of the lecture meetings and the educational workshops.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The organic vegetable garden is the heart of the Valgrande Farmhouse.
\nIn fact, all our products come straight from the organic garden of Valgrande; you can enjoy them during your stay or you can simply take advantage of the menus chosen for you in our restaurant.<\/p>\n

The Valgrande Farmhouse have started their conversion process from traditional farming to organic farming.<\/p>\n

The goal of our company is to be able to offer our guests a high-quality and healthy production, with a special consideration to the protection of the environment that surrounds the farmhouse and that is the heritage of us all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
