"Great place to stay with fantastic hosts" We stayed here for a week with our six year old daughter. We had the Gufo room and it is very nice it also features a bunk bed. It is furnished with beautiful furniture. We had daily room cleaning service which was unexpected but nice. Even though it was July and hot - it does still cool down in the evening.  The grounds are quite nice and there are two sweet dogs on guard. There is a lot of space for children to run around. They do have chickens, goats, horses, a donkey, geese and two pot belly pigs off to the side in the back of the property. The pool is fantastic the temperature was perfect for swimming on the hot summer days. The area around the pool is also very nice and comfortable. There is also a nice lounging area in the shade at the front of the building and an area in the back by the pool in which you can have dinner or parties outside. The breakfasts are good - standard Italian but we did have eggs on two days. We ended up having dinner there five of the nights and it was very good! Two of us are vegetarians so we were offered delicious vegetarian pasta dishes. We had choice and everything was fresh and delicious!! Monica is a wonderful hostess! We used this agriturismo as a jumping off point to visit some wonderful small towns - Ferrara, Montagnana, Vicenza and you can take a one hour train to Venice from Rovigo.  Overall we had a very nice relaxing stay. Monica makes this house a home with her wonderful hospitality, warmth and delicious cooking!!

"A Very Warm Welcome Awaits You At Valgrande" I cannot rate this Agriturismo highly enough. Monica, Alberto and their staff are incredibly kind, considerate and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. My teenage sons loved the immaculate swimming pool and the delicious dinners Monica prepared each night. It was a pleasure to spend two weeks at Valgrande and we are already planning our return trip.
